Polymer (Polyelectrolyte) Preparation, Dosing, and Control
The EM range of polymer preparation units have been engineered to provide reliable field performance and the latest in polymer activation technology. Polymers require a special combination of mixing and ageing in order to fully achieve activation. The EM range is designed to have flexibility when preparing polymer in order to provide the ideal mixing environment. With precise control of dosing rate, dilution rate, mixing time and the correct energy profile, ageing and dilution will optimise polymer performance. The EM polymer activation technology has the engineering to ensure that operators, engineers and chemical suppliers will achieve maximum performance and value in the blend and dilution of today’s liquid polymers.
The EM units have a compact footprint and are lighter than most polymer feeders, making them ideal for portable use or where intermittent use requires the system to be stored in one location or moved to another. Available in a wide range of capacities up to 30 litres polymer/hour (50% active) with 4800 litres of potable water/hour.

The System EM Small is a polymer preparation unit designed to mix up to 875 litres of water with 7.6 litres of liquid polymer at 50% active.

The System EM Small is a polymer preparation unit designed to mix up to 4800 litres of water with 30 litres of liquid polymer at 50% active.
